Photography started with my dad's old Pentax film camera, when I was 12. Square bodied, heavy in my hand, sleek, polished aluminum—I was instantly enthralled. I was homeschooled, so when it was apparent the camera would go everywhere with me, we made photography one of my official courses, to help pay for all that film I burned through! Albums were filled constantly, mostly of my dog, trees, and my best friend…

…and here we are, and what has changed is only that I want to capture EVERYONE'S favorite people, their togetherness, love, imagination, eccentricities, and all the fleeting moments in life. Beauty is everywhere, I enjoy it ALL.
